Have you consulted a lawyer, drawn up your will, made a pre-plan for the disposition of your remains when you die? Many have, but many more have not. End of life issues seem creepy; most don’t want to think about them, but it is necessary. If you don’t plan ahead others will make the decisions for you, like it or not. It is no different regarding your spiritual life: decisions need to be made. In 1 Peter 1: 3-4 we learn that “In God’s great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade–kept in heaven for you”. Your eternal place is secure–settled–when you say “yes” to Christ. Do not delay. Today looks good, but it might be YOUR day and, really, you don’t want to miss out on the eternal rewards that God has set aside for you. Choose wisely. Choose Jesus. Today. Have a blessed day.
