Like the Apostle Paul, there are times when I sit back and marvel at the miracle that is God’s love for me.
In I Timothy i: 13-14 Paul wrote, “Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown great mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.”
If God has blessed you with forgiveness despite your former waywardness, give Him praise for His mercy.
If you still have not come to faith consider that what he did for Paul, what he did for me, He can also do for you. You are no worse than any other person. God loves you and wants to be in fellowship with you, despite your past.
Yesterday is over. Accept His love today, then look for a brighter tomorrow. Pastor Jim.
