What a busy, yet fulfilling weekend, with the Craft, Bake and Plant Sale on Saturday, then a “full house” for worship yesterday morning. It is so gratifying to me to see how seriously some people take their faith: they worship by praying, singing and being together; they express their faith by acts of service just as preparing food. I am reminded of Matthew 6:21, “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” I am so blessed to be the Pastor of First Baptist Church, where so many treasure their Lord.
