James 1: 12: “Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God promised to those who love Him.”
Are you struggling with some issues that you just can’t seem to resolve? Can’t stop smoking? Have some overdue debt? Maybe some marital issues that you can’t seem to fix?
Don’t give up! The challenge is to not turn your back on your problems, but to face them head on, knowing that God who loves you and wants the best for you, has your back.
The challenge is to persevere, even against all odds. Ask Jesus to intercede on your behalf. Pray with the assurance of His love for you. Watch what happens when you approach your problems from a prayerful, faithful perspective.
God will lead you through your difficulties. That is His promise, if you will do your part by hanging in there, so don’t give up! Pastor Jim.
