Baptism Sunday

Baptism is more than a rite of the church. It is the expression of an individual of his/ her faith in Christ as Savior. The Biblical mandate is for us to “repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” (Acts 2:38).
We have three candidates for baptism, as well as another who desires to re-commit herself to Christ.
This year’s baptismal service will take place mid-afternoon on Sunday, July 25 at Camp Sentinel in Tuftonboro.
If you have never declared your faith in Christ, perhaps the Holy Spirit is guiding you to make this life-altering decision. If so, please see Pastor Jim or one of the Deacons.
